Career Conversations is our response to the realization that people want to launch products but the barrier to entry for product-based businesses is higher than the service oriented agency model that black and brown communities usually explore as a transition to entrepreneurship. Some conversations will focus on entrepreneurship, other conversations will highlight opportunities to grow your corporate career or find your footing with brand partnerships. While this advice is common, the real challenges lie in the “how”. We really want to delve into actionable and practical steps that you took to land where you are today, so we promise each conversation will offer practical and tactile steps toward reaching your goals as a brand founder or retail professional.
