Creed & Cloth Founder affirms “I Am Deserving”
It’s National Stress Awareness Month and according to the National Institute of Health, Black women report higher levels of psychological stress than White women and carry a disproportionate burden of chronic conditions associated with psychological stress, including obesity. And, according to The Society for Human Resource Management, “Lower-Income Earners, Women, Minorities Face Greater Mental Health Challenges” disproportionately to our counterparts. National Stress Awareness Month started in 1992 to raise awareness of the causes and cures for our modern-day stress epidemic. Having a dedicated month for stress awareness allows opportunities for open conversation on the impact of stress in our daily lives.
With that, we are thrilled to announce the launch of Creed & Cloth, a pioneering retail brand dedicated to redefining self-care using affirmations, a scientifically proven approach to improve problem solving under stress. Founded by Arielle Stewart, Creed & Cloth, a proud woman-owned and Black-owned business, emerges as a beacon of inspiration, weaving powerful affirmations into the fabric of everyday life, beginning with their luxurious 100% mulberry silk 'Law of Attraction' scarf.
"I've been quietly nurturing Creed & Cloth, infusing every thread with love and intention. C&C is anchored in the belief of the transformative power of affirmations," says Arielle, the mind, heart, and hands behind the brand. "The 'Law of Attraction' scarf is just the first in what will be a comprehensive collection of thoughtfully crafted goods, designed to uplift and empower.”
The Law of Attraction scarf is more than an accessory; it's a personal talisman, emblazoned with the affirmation "I am deserving of the best that life has to offer, and I attract it effortlessly”. Taking this mission one step further, the team is taking the time to educate us on silk and satin scarves! We love to see it!!
